Processing and delivery: Available shipping methods and their current carrier estimates are shown at checkout for the delivery address you provide. We do not promise a fixed processing or delivery time before the applicable supplier and carrier service are confirmed for a live order.

Shipping cost: The shipping cost shown at checkout is included in the order total before an order is placed. We do not add a compulsory shipping fee after checkout.

Tracking: When tracking is provided by the fulfillment partner, it will be shared using the order contact details.

Address and delays: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Carrier, weather, holiday, customs, and other events may cause delays. For a lost, damaged, or delayed package, contact support with the order details so the case can be reviewed.
